Hatfield Spraying Service, Inc (HSS) was established in 1970 by Bill Hatfield and his wife Nancy. Together with their children have built a thriving Agricultural Aviation business that has served Michigan for 50 years.
Always at the forefront of new technology HSS offers its customers state-of-the-art Global Positioning Systems (GPS) in each aircraft we fly. The GPS allows us to track exactly where our aircraft have treated.
Our air fleet consists of well maintained turbine powered aircraft that are piloted by pilots with 8,000+ hours of flight experience. The most of any firm in the Mid-West! And our service does not end in the air, our ground support team includes state-of-the-art equipment and experienced friendly personnel to make sure your job is executed from start to finish.
HSS prides itself in meeting and exceeding industry standards in all aspects of agricultural aviation. Our founder Bill Hatfield has been vital in establishing and running both the Michigan Association (MAAA) and National Association of Agricultural Aviation (NAAA)over the past 4 decades.
Our 50 years of experience means we are not only very experienced in agricultural work but in forestry and fire suppression work as well. HSS has years of experience working with private farmers/owners, townships, cities, counties, state and federal programs. This experience makes HSS the best firm for your ag aviation needs.
